Transportation Information
Thanks to the agencies who are participating this year to provide reduced fare or free rides to and from the Athens Area Stand Down event.
Thanks to Ben Ziff, the ATHENS COUNTY MOBILITY MANAGER for the HOCKING ATHENS PERRY COMMUNITY ACTION for arranging the transportation. If you have questions you can contact him at 740-767-4500 ben.ziff@hapcap.org
RSVP and Athens on Demand (740) 597-2404 have committed to providing free rides to Veterans for the event. Veterans will need to call ahead to schedule a ride. And the Athens Public Transit has agreed to offer free fares on the day of the event.
