Athens Area Stand Down
Friday, October 2, 2026 | Athens County (Ohio) Fairgrounds | 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.

Thank you Sponsors, Service Providers and Volunteers!

Register here as a service provider or volunteer this year!
We will provide tables and chairs this year.
Service Providers upon arrival will go over the hill and down to the Noah Cox Pavilion to unload.
Volunteers can park on top of the hill or in the field and sign in at white Jr. Fair Building upon arrival.

Thank you for the Donation of New Items!
Please email us if donating more than 25 of any single item (e.g. a box of hand warmers/gloves/detergent)
to let us know of what items so we can update our wish list accordingly.

FREE Transportation AVAILABLE

Thanks to the agencies who have sponsored free bus rides for 2026! You can use the regular bus lines to get to/from the Athens Area Stand Down event!

RSVP and Athens on Demand (740) 597-2404 have committed to providing free rides to participants for the event. Participants will need to call ahead to schedule a ride.
